We stayed at this motel for one night and it was perfect for our needs. We were two travelling couples and the spacious apartment on two levels provided us with enough privacy while still allowing us to share an apartment. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and there were extra blankets and heating blankets to keep us warm. The view from the apartment was awesome, and we loved having a little terrace to relax on. the motel had everything we needed for a great stay.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The room was comfortable with a well-equipped kitchenette. Plunger coffee and tea were provided. the spa bath was enjoyable. Silas, the manager, was friendly and extremely helpful. Parking right outside our door was convenient. the location was a short drive from the city centre. There were plenty of new attractions to see and do around Rotorua.
Felt lucky, no complaints.

Every thing was what you would expect at a good 4 star motel apart from problem below.
We had an upstairs/downstairs 2bed unit The staircase has small treads on it and a handrail that doesn't quite reach bottom. 2 of us slipped and fell off last few stairs. One has badly sprained ankle.

The beds are so comfy and you get your own little kitchen area if you feel like cooking. Plus, they have Netflix in the rooms and blackout curtains for when you want to get some shut-eye. 🌙 the location is super convenient, right by the town center where you've got restaurants, shops, and even the harbor all within reach.
